We advise all of our customers and potential customers to first read the Terms & Conditions page before ordering from our site. 

Prices: All pricing for Your Party in a Box is subject to change without notice.

Products: Products in our Party Boxes are based upon availability.  If a product contained in a Party Box is discontinued or out of stock another item will replace it of comparable price and value.  These replacement products will also coordinate with the party ordered.  Pictures may include prop items.  Prop items are not included in individual parties, we advise that you always read the contents of the party you are purchasing to ensure you are aware of items included in your purchase.

Damaged Products: In the rare event that your product arrives damaged.  Please call or email us.  We will send a replacement item and have instructions on what to do with the damaged item.

Rush Orders:  DON’T waste time, order then CALL US!!  Your Party in a Box will do everything we can to accommodate our customer’s needs.  If you need a rush order FIRST place your order online THEN call us.  We will be able to tell you if we can get your party to you on time.  If we can’t we will be happy to cancel your online order no questions asked.

Shipping:

Refused Shipments:  Once an order has shipped it is considered to be a completed transaction and our standard return policy will apply.  Refusing an order does not entitle you to a refund.  Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping and handling.

Hours of Operation:  Your Party in a Box hours of operation are based on Pacific Standard Time.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping & postage charges. 
Always use the return form
Please use care when shipping return items as we do when we ship items to you.  If return items are returned damaged and it is determined that proper shipping methods were not used it is possible we will not issue a refund for that item.

Clearance & Sale Items:  All sales are final on discounted or clearance items.  No exceptions.

Sales Tax:  State sales tax applies to all Nevada orders.
